Beautiful Early Civil War Regulation Officer's m1851 Eagle Sword Buckle & Belt

Beautiful early Civil War regulation officer's m1851 eagle sword buckle on its original leather belt. The buckle is c.1852-1856 with an applied tongue, beautiful detail, and fantastic finishing filing marks. It measures 50 mm's x 82 mm's in size. The leather belt shows a lot of use wear. I treated the it with Blackrock leather and rich. It is still stiff in places, has missing stitching along the back seams, has edge cracking /tears, and it has a canvas center or core. Both the brass belt keeper and the buckle keeper are present. It is an early officer's sword belt rig for your collection. Look over the detailed pictures for an accurate condition description. $385
