Deep forest green pint CONGRESS & EMPIRE SPRING CO. C SARATOGA N.Y. The reverse is embossed CONGRESS WATER. The glass has excellent whittling and lots of nice tiny seed bubbles. You can see a line of little seed bubbles traveling through the C in the pictures. It has an early pushed up smooth base with two nipples and a globby hand applied double collar lip. Some light scratches in a few spots and a miniscule dink on the base edge. Nicer in person then the pictures show. It is a vibrant colorful mineral water that looks good. $55
