Awesome c.1820's, Dug Siver Washed & Inscribed Eagle With Cannons & Flags Militia Hat Plate

Large c.1820's, dug militia hat plate. The front has an eagle with cannons, flags, stars, and a decorative border. The front has 90% plus of the original silver wash present. This plate is inscribed H. L. H. below the eagle. This plate has a nice silver patina on the front and a blackish patina on the reverse. It is the nicest dug ealry hat plate I have seen. It has not been straightened or played with at all. The attachments are missing on the reverse. This is a tough hat plate to dig. It was recovered in Bridgewater Mass. $695
