Gilt c.1818-1835, Militia Eagle Belt Buckle

Gilt, pre Civil War, c.1818-1835, militia eagle belt buckle. It has a star of stars above the eagle and crossed cannons. This buckle is often refered to as the star of stars. The reverse has the brass tongue attachment bar, and iron keepers. It is a neat buckle. Measures 64 mm's x 70 mm's. $650
